ABA's 12-Person Civil-Jury Proposal Worries Plaintiffs' Lawyers
SALT LAKE CITY - Leaders of the American Bar Association have recommended that juries in civil cases have 12 members and vote unanimously to reach their verdicts - a proposal that has some plaintiffs' lawyers in California and elsewhere concerned.
