Interactive Legal Help Opens Courts to the Unrepresented

Because of their unfamiliarity with the system, many are never able to assert or defend their claims in court. Those who do appear in court unrepresented lack essential information about their case or the law. Unable to present or defend their case effectively, pro pers often are denied the protection or relief to which they are entitled.
