Casa Vallecitos complex in San Marcos nets $25.3 million

The buyer was a unit of Charleston, S.C.-based Greystar. The seller of the senior complex was a unit of R&V Management.

The 151-unit Casa Vallecitos Apartments at 859 Avenida Ricardo in San Marcos has been sold for $25.25 million, according to The CoStar Group.

The buyer was crp-grep Vallecitos Owner LLC, a unit of Charleston, South Carolina-based Greystar.

The seller of the senior complex was a unit of R&V Management, which is one of the largest owners of apartments in the country and San Diego County specifically.
