Trio of hotels planned for Oceanside
Three Hilton brand hotels -- Embassy Suites, Homewood Suites, and Hampton Inn -- are planned for the property, according to The CoStar Group. They will range from 4 to 6 stories in height and contain 426 hotel rooms.
Known at The Inns at Buena Vista Creek, the project is still undergoing the environmental review process.
It will need to be approved by several governing bodies, including the California Coastal Commission, and it may get appealed to the city councils of Oceanside and Carlsbad.
