Closing arguments begin in unintended acceleration case

Arguments are set to continue Tuesday in a $20 million wrongful death case against Toyota Motor Corp. alleging the company's failure to include a safety feature in its 2006 Camry model contributed to the death of a 66-year-old driver.

LOS ANGELES - Closing arguments began Monday in a $20 million wrongful death case against Toyota Motor Corp. brought by an Upland family arguing the company failed to include an important safety feature in its 2006 Camry model that would have saved the life of a woman who fatally slammed her car into a tree.
