In antitrust trial, government argues merger is harming competition

SAN FRANCISCO - Government attorneys told a judge Monday that a 2012 merger between rivals in the online retail review business harmed competition in violation of U.S. antitrust law and should be partly undone, even though the government failed to block the tie-up in the first place.
