Judge Tosses Cable Antitrust Suit

In a blow to consumer advocates who wanted to knock down their cable bills, a federal judge has thrown out an antitrust lawsuit that sought to change the way Americans ordered and watched television by permitting consumers to order channels and programs on an "a la carte" basis.
