State residents sue Monsanto, claiming product made them ill

A Los Angeles firm, joined by environmentalist and attorney Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s firm, has filed a lawsuit against Monsanto Co. on behalf of 40 California residents, alleging the company continued to make Roundup herbicide despite knowing it caused non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
