Viacom asks court to dismiss Cablevision's antitrust claims
Viacom asked a New York court to dismiss claims by Cablevision that the media conglomerate violated antitrust laws by bundling "must-have networks" like Nickelodeon, MTV and Comedy Central with lesser-viewed channels such as VH1 Classic.

Viacom International Inc. on Wednesday asked a New York court to dismiss claims by Cablevision Systems Corp. that the media conglomerate violated antitrust laws by bundling "must-have networks" like Nickelodeon, MTV and Comedy Central with lesser-viewed channels such as VH1 Classic.
