Court leaders unveil draft numbers of proposed funding overhaul
Under the new model, fast-growing San Bernardino and Riverside counties, as well as Los Angeles, will see an increase in funding, while most coastal courts, such as San Francisco, San Diego and Orange counties, will lose money.
