Trial closes for recruiter accused of stealing list

Federal prosecutors contend David Nosal oversaw a conspiracy to steal trade secrets and direct a cohort of co-conspirators to access Korn Ferry International's proprietary database and siphon information for a new business.

SAN FRANCISCO - At the conclusion Friday of a two-week trial centering on an executive recruiter's use of source lists from his former firm to start and succeed at a rival company, the defense team did little to dispute what occurred.
