Appellate court sanctions SoCal law firm for filing frivolous suits
The 4th District Court of Appeal has sanctioned a Southern California law firm $61,227 for bringing frivolous lawsuits on behalf of a client who repeatedly challenged a trustee's handling of a trust.

The 4th District Court of Appeal has sanctioned a Southern California law firm $61,227 for bringing frivolous lawsuits on behalf of a client who repeatedly challenged a trustee's handling of a trust.
