Experts Predict Major Changes In Procedures

Florida voters aren't as inept as some people think, according to Southwestern University School of Law professor Ira Shafiroff. "A small percentage [of Florida voters] couldn't follow instructions," Shafiroff said. "Ten percent of the country thinks Elvis Presley is still alive. So one-tenth of 1 percent of Florida can't get voting instructions right? Hey, Florida is not doing too badly."
