S.F. Judge Nixes the UPS Blanket Ban on One-Eyed Drivers

SAN FRANCISCO - In a strongly worded decision favoring disabled rights, a federal judge has ruled United Parcel Service cannot impose a blanket ban on hiring drivers with vision in just one eye, but must evaluate each candidate's skill individually.
