Supreme Court reverses conviction due to prosecutorial misconduct

The California Supreme Court on Thursday unanimously reversed a prisoner's conviction after finding that a San Bernardino County prosecutor in the case could have confused jurors by using an unrelated diagram and analogy to illustrate the concept of proof beyond a reasonable doubt.
