Nonprofit threatens to sue San Jose over alleged Clean Water Act violations

Water nonprofit San Francisco Baykeeper blames increasing stormwater runoff on the city's failed action on water pollution.

Bay Area water nonprofit San Francisco Baykeeper on Monday sent the city of San Jose a notice of violation and letter of intent to file a lawsuit for its allegedly violating the federal Clean Water Act by failing to act on growing water pollution.
