SAN FRANCISCO - Newly installed tort bar president Brian Chase struck a defiant tone Saturday night at an annual gathering of California's leading plaintiff's attorneys. Despite seeing its medical malpractice ballot measure crash and burn on Election Day, Chase said Consumer Attorneys of California is "stronger than ever."
