Marvel wants to avenge trailer leak

Legal analysts say the Disney subsidiary's subpoena of Google about an "Avengers" movie trailer leaker is a rare move.

A subpoena granted Thursday in California federal court compelling Google Inc. to give information to Marvel Film Finance LLC about who leaked the "Avengers: Age of Ultron" trailer raises the question: Are movie studios becoming more inclined to take legal action to combat Internet piracy?
