Attorney fees sought over prosecutorial misconduct in conspiracy case
Defense attorneys representing a pharmacist accused of participating in a massive conspiracy to sell painkillers illegally filed a motion for attorneys' fees after the government voluntarily moved to dismiss the case.

After federal prosecutors admitted misconduct in a drug case, defense lawyers Friday asked the court to force the U.S. attorney to reimburse their legal fees.
