LOS ANGELES - A judge on Tuesday bolstered the efforts of creditors seeking an involuntary bankruptcy for companies controlled by film financier David Bergstein, appointing an interim trustee to examine the companies' finances.
U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Barry Russell indicated at the start of a hearing Tuesday it might be too early to appoint a trustee, a rarity in Chapter 11 case...
