WASHINGTON - The Justice Department announced Monday that it will not challenge San Jose-based Cisco Systems Inc.'s acquisition of Tandberg ASA, a video teleconferencing company that pulled in $900 million in revenue last year. The department's antitrust division and the European Commission partnered to evaluate and authorize the merger.
