Crack Sentencing May Narrow

After reaching a bipartisan compromise, the Senate Judiciary Committee passed legislation Thursday to close the disparity in sentencing between crack and powder cocaine.

WASHINGTON - After reaching a bipartisan compromise, the Senate Judiciary Committee passed legislation Thursday to narrow the disparity in sentencing between crack and powder cocaine.
