Girls and Boys Suffer Same Effects From Abuse
Letter to the Editor - For decades, we never questioned the long sentences men received for having sex with minor girls. But now, with the spotlight on women having sex with minor boys, we're suddenly asking whether the age of consent should be lowered, whether "these cases" (ahem!) should be treated the same as child sex abuse, and, more candidly, whether women should receive lighter sentences than men.
