Top Court Takes Up Securities Issue of 'Holder' Class Actions

Broudo , 125 S.Ct. 1627 (2005). In Dura , the Supreme Court reversed a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decision regarding loss causation and established a more stringent standard of proof for securities cases.
