New Year Brings New Considerations for Employment Attorneys

Employment Column - By Jonathan Fraser Light - Employment lawyers both relish and dread the onslaught of new laws with which to scare our management-clients into submission each January. This year, however, there is a relative dearth of new laws that will impact employers. Gov.
