Bar Association Looks to Help Juvenile Offenders

SAN FRANCISCO - A week after the Center on Juvenile & Criminal Justice released a report excoriating the city for failing to divert juvenile offenders away from incarceration, the board of directors of the Bar Association of San Francisco convened at the dilapidated Youth Guidance Center to pledge support to the overburdened facility.
