LOS ANGELES - A federal judge has indicated she would like to see a copyright infringement case over whether rapper Jay-Z and his record labels had permission to sample the Egyptian tune "Khosara Khosara" in the 1999 chart-topping hit "Big Pimpin'" go to trial.
