San Diego Gets Mixed Ruling

The city of San Diego got a split decision from federal Judge Irma Gonzalez on its campaign financing rules.

SAN DIEGO - The city of San Diego got a split decision from federal Judge Irma Gonzalez on its campaign financing rules.

At issue is a lawsuit by the Republican Party of San Diego, among others, challenging the city's election finance ordinance as unconstitutional.
