Parents of Teen Shot During a Prank Sue

SANTA ANA - The parents of a Buena Park teen-ager who was shot and killed last year after a Halloween prank have filed a civil lawsuit against Pete Solomona, the man who police say shot the boy for stealing a plastic pumpkin from his front yard.
