Witkin Dinner a Roaring Success

The Bernard E. Witkin Award Dinner continues to grow in popularity. In 1999, it drew 190 people and netted around $17,000, up from $8,000 the year before, according to the Law Library Justice Foundation vice president Richard Spirra of Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps.
