Making Orangeade Out of the Mall of Orange

The 32-year-old, 822,350-square-foot Mall of Orange may not be a lemon exactly, but the new owners are embarking on a similar recipe: to sweeten the shopping center's appeal and squeeze more sales dollars from its relatively affluent surrounding trade area.
