Hyde Proceedings Over

SAN FRANCISCO - Alameda County Superior Court Judge D. Ronald Hyde should be removed from the bench because of persistent sexually offensive conduct and abuse of judicial authority, attorneys for a state watchdog agency asserted this week, stressing that this is the third time Hyde has been charged with such misconduct.
