Alexandria buys Torrey Ridge Science Center for $182.5 million

The Torrey Ridge Science Center is a Class A life sciences campus leased to such firms as Regulus Therapeutics, Pacira Pharmaceuticals, Nitto BioPharma, Interpreta and BP Technology Ventures.

An affiliate of Alexandria Real Estate Equities Inc. acquired the three-building, 291,799-square-foot Torrey Ridge Science Center for $182.5 million.

The campus, 87 percent leased, was sold by a joint venture of Walton Street Capital and SteelWave, a firm previously known as Legacy Partners.
