Sand Castle Inn sold for $4.1 million

The buyer of the 18-room property was Imperial Investments Inc. of Old Town with Bhavesh Patel as its principal.

The Sand Castle Inn at 785 Seacoast Drive in Imperial Beach sold for $4.1 million.

The buyer of the 18-room property was Imperial Investments Inc. of Old Town with Bhavesh Patel as its principal.

The seller was Salvatore Giantomaso.

There were no brokers, for either the seller or the buyer, for this transaction, according to the CoStar Group.
