R&V Management acquires Riverside County complex for $78.5 million

The complex is located within the Oak Springs Ranch masterplan in Wildomar. It features one- to three-bedroom units, ranging from 833 square feet to 1,618 square feet.

A 312-apartment complex in Southwest Riverside County has been purchased by Mission Valley-based R&V Management Corp. for $78.5 million.

The seller, Oak Springs Ranch LLC, is a unit of Sarofim Realty Advisors. It was represented by Erin Dammen, Tyler Sinks, Edward Rosen, Kyle Pinkalla, and John Chu of Berkadia's La Jolla office.

There were no buyers brokers on the transaction, according to the CoStar Group.
