Pathfinder Partners acquires Phoenix complexes for $34.1M

The transactions include a $25.6 million acquisition of Windemere Apartments, a 224-unit community in Mesa, Ariz., from Acacia Capital Corp.

San Diego's Pathfinder Partners, LLC has acquired two Phoenix-area multifamily communities totaling 300 units.

The transactions include a $25.6 million acquisition of Windemere Apartments, a 224-unit community in Mesa, Ariz., from Acacia Capital Corp.

The other transaction is an $8.5 million acquisition of Aria on Mill from Capstone Commercial Properties. The 76-unit apartment community was constructed in 1988 and is in Tempe, Ariz.
