Latitude 33 principal named engineer of year by BIA San Diego

Kilgore, a registered civil engineer, recently completed housing projects such as Avino, a residential community featuring apartment homes in San Diego's Pacific Highlands Ranch, and Seta Apartments, a residential community from Fairfield Residential located in La Mesa.

Latitude 33 Planning & Engineering's Jim Kilgore was recently named Engineer of the Year by the Building Industry Association (BIA) of San Diego during its 2016 Icon Awards.

The category was a highly sought-after honor that received a record number of submissions this year. After an extensive review process that included finalists being interviewed, Kilgore was selected.
