High Court to Review Worker Injury Case

The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Tuesday to review a 9th Circuit Court of Appeals decision saying workers can get benefits from a federal compensation program for injuries suffered drilling for oil offshore even if they were hurt on land.

WASHINGTON - The U.S. Supreme Court agreed Tuesday to review a 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals decision that said workers could receive benefits from a federal compensation program for injuries suffered while extracting natural resources offshore even if they were hurt on land.
