U.S. Attorney Branch Struggles to Return to Glory Days

The Santa Ana branch of the Los Angeles U.S. Attorney's Office has struggled in the aftermath of some high-profile failed prosecutions. But trial bar lawyers, prosecutors and judges don't agree on how to fix the once-prominent office.
