SAN FRANCISCO - Howrey LLP saw a settlement it negotiated between its clients - subscribers of Netflix Inc. and Blockbuster Inc. - and Wal-Mart Stores Inc. riddled with objections Wednesday at a two-hour preliminary approval hearing on the deal that would resolve the subscribers' antitrust claims against the retail giant.
