Audit Faults Courts Computer System

A state auditor has found key problems in the state judiciary's computer technology initiative.

SACRAMENTO - The Administrative Office of the Courts has poorly managed and planned a massive computer project, the cost of which is expected to balloon to more than $2 billion by the time it's finished, according to a report from the state auditor released Tuesday.
