Los Angeles - City officials unveiled plans in March for restoring the 500,000-square-foot United States Postal Service Terminal Annex downtown. Dallas-based Informart is purchasing the 60-year-old building and its 6.5-acre site and turn it into a "technology village."

Los Angeles - City officials unveiled plans in March for restoring the 500,000-square-foot United States Postal Service Terminal Annex downtown. Dallas-based Informart is purchasing the 60-year-old building and its 6.5-acre site and turn it into a "technology village."
Infomart reportedly is paying $40 million for the property and will spend $20 million to renovate it.
