Attorney Challenges DA to End Abuse

SAN DIEGO - Citing what he described as lapses of prosecutorial ethics, a criminal defense attorney said in a speech Thursday night that the abuse of prosecutorial power threatens all persons accused of a crime and that Paul Pfingst must end such abuses or be removed as San Diego County's district attorney.
