Office construction returning in a small way

After a seven-year hiatus, some new office space is being built in north Orange County. For starters, the 160,000-square-foot, four-story Stadium Crossings in Anaheim was preleased prior to completion last year.
"That shows that the market overall is probably as strong as it has been in a decade," says Jeffrey Cole, a principal with Trammell Crow Co., in Anaheim and Irvine.
