Tustin Senior housing appointment Barry J. Kamel, president of the Multifamily Development Division of Irvine-based Sares-Regis Group, was elected to a second term on the board of directors of the Seniors Housing Council of Orange County. He previously served from 1993 to 1996 and was responsible for creating its SAGE Award program. SAGE stands for "Senior Achievement and General Excellence" and is the council's highest honor, as well as a major fundraising vehicle.
