Rite Aid Better Charm Third Time

SAN DIEGO - After a two-year legal struggle that extended throughout the state, Rite Aid Corp. and prosecutors representing 14 California agencies have reached an agreement to settle allegations of unlawful business practices and misleading statements about retail prices, product availability and expiration dates.
