Judge Says Chevron Stuck in U.S. to Defend Suit

SAN FRANCISCO - Lawyers representing dozens of Nigerians pursuing a human rights lawsuit against the Chevron Corp. have won an important victory, potentially opening the door to an uncomfortable airing in a U.S. courtroom of the company's Nigerian operations.
