Technology companies embrace class action bans, arbitration provisions

As more and more companies move to limit class action lawsuits by consumers and employers, technology companies are jumping on board.

Last month, PayPal initiated a policy taking away users' right to sue the company in court. Users also can't participate in class actions against the company in court or in arbitration.
