Property Rights Advocates File Revised Initiative
LOS ANGELES - Supporters of an effort to curb the government's ability to seize private property through eminent domain went back to the drawing board this week, filing a revised ballot initiative with Attorney General Jerry Brown's office that they say cleans up ambiguities in an earlier proposal.
