Money Dispute Threatens New Juvenile Policy

LOS ANGELES - A new policy about to be adopted by leaders of the Juvenile Court was jeopardized Monday when the Los Angeles County Bar Association threatened to walk away from the deal if attorneys who are privately retained to represent children abused or injured in foster care are not required to pay 15 percent of their fee to the bar.
